He has made a name for himself particularly in the field of unmanned 24/7 convenience stores and digital hotel services. As Business Development Manager at Wanzl GmbH, he played a key role in the development and implementation of autonomous shop solutions in hotels. Previous management roles at renowned hotel companies such as Rocco Forte Hotels and A-ROSA round out his profile. His particular strength lies in the combination of strategic thinking, operational experience, and a deep understanding of the challenges and potential of the hotel industry. As the company's creative mind, Alexander is responsible for product development and drives innovation with entrepreneurial clarity and passion.

With over a decade of experience in strategic customer development, Kay brings extensive expertise in managing sales organizations and developing scalable business models. In his previous role at the logistics scale-up Forto, he was responsible for the strategic management of major global customers and played a key role in shaping the company's international growth strategy. Previous positions at the Swiss corporation Panalpina, extended stays abroad, and a dual degree program laid the foundation for his profound understanding of process optimization, international collaboration, and sustainable corporate management.
Today, Kay is responsible for the overall management of the company and ensures that the products reach the customer at the right time, in the right place, and in optimal condition.
